I Can’t Find a Replacement Straw for My Baby’s Munchkin Cup—Safety Risk

I’m deeply concerned about a serious issue with the Munchkin straw cup I’ve been using for my baby. The straw has started to break apart, and it’s now on the verge of tearing completely. We’ve been searching everywhere for a replacement part, but it’s not available anywhere. This is unacceptable for a product marketed as safe for babies.

If an adult were using the cup, they might notice a damaged straw and stop using it—but how can you expect a baby to recognize that? What if a piece breaks off in their mouth and becomes a choking hazard?

We specifically chose Munchkin because we believed it was a high-quality and trustworthy brand. But this experience has been frustrating and worrying. To make matters worse, there’s no clear customer support or official contact to help us resolve the issue.
