I Report Unauthorized Charge From Msyp After ₺38 Trial Purchase

I purchased a ₺38 one-day package on the Msyp platform, expecting only a limited trial. However, later that night, without my knowledge or consent, ₺727 was charged to my credit card under the name “Yrmdtn. Pro.” The email address I used during this process is b***********@gmail.com**, and the last four digits of my card are 9615. I am not currently using the application, no product or service was delivered, and this charge is entirely unauthorized. When I attempted to contact Msyp customer service, I received no response at all. Since the transaction still appears as a pending charge, I cannot access a valid order number. I am requesting the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized charge, the termination of any subscription linked to my account, and a full refund of the ₺727 taken from my card.
