MSPY Charged Me Without Consent After Mistaken Purchase, Won’t Issue Refund

Earlier today, I accidentally signed up for MSPY using my email address (y*********@gmail.com). Right after signing up, I was charged ₺38, which I expected for the trial. But just five minutes later, without my consent or any further action on my part, MSPY charged an additional ₺650 to my card. This was completely unauthorized, and I immediately tried to cancel the transaction and get a refund.

Unfortunately, despite reaching out and explaining that this purchase was made by mistake, MSPY has refused to return my money. I never agreed to a full subscription, never received confirmation or warning about the additional charge, and feel completely misled.

This is unacceptable and feels like predatory behavior. I demand a full refund of the ₺650 that was wrongfully taken from me. I expect MSPY to cancel any ongoing subscription, remove my payment information, and stop exploiting users with unclear billing practices. If no resolution is offered promptly, I will escalate this issue to my bank and take legal action.
