I signed up for a 1-day subscription on Mspy, but instead of charging me for just one day, they took ₺600 from my account for a full monthly plan—without my consent. I didn’t even get to use the app once. It was never activated or accessed, yet they kept my money.

I immediately submitted a refund request, but it was denied without explanation. I also reached out to live support, but no one ever responded. It’s like they take your money and then completely ignore you afterward.
