Overheating on the MSI Katana Gaming Laptop

I bought an MSI Katana laptop about a month ago, and it gets so hot that I can't touch it with my bare hands. The temperature readings are always above 75 degrees and have never been below. Even in idle mode, when I'm not doing anything, the processor temperature can reach 65 degrees. We were duped when they said it was a gaming laptop; we paid a lot of money for it to play. I ended up with something resembling a heater, which may be useful in the winter but warms up my room nicely. Customer service is simply non-existent. When I dial the internet number, I am connected to a different company. My favorite games, such as League of Legends and others, don't have very high system requirements, and I play on the lowest settings to keep my PC from exploding or melting. There's also a turbo fan feature, which is supposed to cool things down quickly if they get too hot, but it sounds like a fighter jet taking off right from my room. The laptop is extremely loud. I feel like I have to hold it down so it doesn't fly away.
