MSI Notebook Strong Coil Whine and Graphics Problems

As a long-term MSI product user, I want to share my negative experience. The company needs to be transparent. I reported strong coil whine and occasional GPU issues to the call center. I even replaced the entire system, recording the conversation with the call center. I didn't want a top replacement, as suggested. On 09.11.2023, my father submitted the laptop. They claimed my product didn't exceed 65 degrees in 10 minutes with FurMark and replaced the top without addressing my issue. They faxed a replacement request abroad, but it was rejected. When I visited ServicePoint, they said the product was still under review. Staff said it would be serviced, but I strongly opposed it, recorded in audio. I asked for the email sent abroad, but they claimed they couldn't provide it. I don't believe them, and my issue persists. I'll continue documenting events here until it's resolved.
