Monster Laptop Misery: T7 V25.1 Freezes, Overheats, Sounds Horrible!

I've been using the Monster Notebook Tulpar T7 V25.1 model laptop, or at least trying to. I've had numerous complaints before, and I realized too late that Monster laptops are not worth it. Currently, my laptop has strange sound issues, and abnormal heating reaching 105 degrees Celsius, and I only use it twice a week. I occasionally resort to my MSI laptop to meet deadlines, dreading each time I lift the lid, as sending products to technical service can take anywhere from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 2.5 months. I regret falling into this trap with my hard-earned money. My problems are as follows: 1- Excessive heating reaching 105-106 degrees Celsius. 2- Occasional strange sounds from the laptop, which I'll attach as a video. 3- The screen freezes, turns black, and shuts down afterward. Note: my drivers are up-to-date. 4- Crackling noise from the speakers. Note: drivers are up-to-date. Please don't ask if my drivers are updated. The laptop is falling apart like a puzzle. There are more issues, but I won't list them all - which ones can you fix? :)

Hello Mr. Mert,

On 24.02.2024, I sent my Tulpar T7. V25 model laptop to the authorized Monster service, explaining that I was experiencing overheating issues at temperatures of 90 degrees and above, a crackling problem with the speakers, and screen freezing and shutting down issues. I received my laptop back on 29.02.2024. When I plugged the laptop in to charge and tried to turn it on 30 minutes later, it turned on once. After that, it shut down and now it does not turn on at all, and I cannot use it. The laptop that I sent to the service in working condition is now not functioning.

The videos and screenshots regarding my issues have been sent by me to the Monster support email address. The process is continuing in this manner. I hope my issues will be resolved.

I delivered my laptop to Yurtiçi Kargo on February 24th. It will reach your service within the week.
