The MSI Katana 17 gaming computer I ordered online a month ago suddenly freezes during gameplay. No matter what I did, I couldn't fix the problem. Sometimes I play for hours without any problems, and sometimes it freezes after just 10 minutes. My research indicates that the problem is chronic.
