MSI Katana 17 Freezing Issue While Playing Games

The MSI Katana 17 gaming computer I ordered online a month ago suddenly freezes during gameplay. No matter what I did, I couldn't fix the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, updated them, and tried a bunch of old and new drivers. But the freezing problem persists. Sometimes I play for hours without any problems, and sometimes it freezes after just 10 minutes. My research indicates that the problem is chronic. I'm going to send it to service, but it didn't work. I'll be taking my case to the consumer arbitration board.
