I am experiencing a serious grievance with MSI regarding the MSI Shout Out promotion. Even though I fully complied with all campaign terms and registered my products on time, I did not receive all of the Steam codes I was entitled to. After submitting my applications, one of my products initially appeared in the system as eligible for the promotion, but later it was suddenly marked as “not included in the campaign” without any logical or satisfactory explanation. MSI has been particularly persistent in refusing to issue a code for my last remaining component.
I was asked to provide a photo of the barcode located inside the product. I clearly explained that my computer is currently fully assembled and installed, and that accessing this barcode would require completely disassembling the case. Despite this, even though I submitted the case barcode, invoice, photos, and all other requested documentation, these were not accepted.
In my view, accepting this type of documentation for my PC case under the same campaign, but refusing to accept it for my other component, is a clear double standard. Although I met all campaign requirements and completed my registrations on time, I believe I have been unfairly treated because the Steam code I rightfully earned was not provided and the issue has effectively been ignored.
I request that MSI honor the campaign terms and provide the Steam code I am entitled to for my remaining product, and that this unfair situation be properly resolved.
