Samsung Won't Help Me to Update the Invoice So I Can Benefit from Tax Exemption

I cannot benefit from the tax deduction because a gift item appears on my invoice. Despite multiple attempts to contact you about the invoice, you have not been helpful at all. Your post-order support is terrible, and if my issue is not resolved soon, I'll have to return the product. All I want is for the gift item to be removed from the invoice; I'm willing to forgo the gift, I don't want it. Also, I didn't make any requests regarding the IMEI in my email, but you're rejecting it by bringing up an unrelated issue. Instead of trying to solve the problem, you're only making it worse when I reach out for support. Your representative even tries to shift the blame by saying, "If you hadn't added the product, there wouldn't be such an issue." Additionally, when you add the product, the gift is automatically included and trying to remove it from the basket is impossible. Because of your error, I've been struggling for days, and you're not helping in any way. As you can see in the image, the product is added to the basket with the gift automatically, and you can't remove just the gift. In short, when I add the product, I can't remove the gift from the basket; am I the one at fault, or is it you who doesn't allow removing the gift from the basket?
