Amazon Didn't Grant Asus Proart RTX 4070 TI OC Code

I recently purchased an Asus Proart RTX 4070 TI OC edition graphics card from Amazon. There was an active promotion event for Nvidia 40 series devices. A digital game redeem code should have given with the product. But it didn't, So according to descriptions of event on both Nvidia and Asus campaign I contacted with seller Amazon. They refuse to provide the promotion. They keep me redirect to Asus to ask for it. As it is stated in Nvidia event details, Amazon should have provided the promotion to the customer. I am not sure why Amazon provide such bad behavior to get rid of us.
