Motorola VM64 Not Showing in App—Cannot Pair Device Again

I bought a Motorola VM64 baby monitor. I had been using it without any issues until now, but I can no longer pair the device with the app. Please help. I deleted my existing account and created a new one, but I still cannot complete the pairing because the device does not appear in the app. What’s the point of this?
