Motorola Lux64 Camera Won’t Connect to WiFi or Show Up in Hubble App

4

We purchased a Motorola Lux64 camera, but we haven’t been able to use the product for two months. When we try to add the camera through the Hubble app, the device name never appears in the Wi-Fi list—even though pairing mode is active—so we cannot complete the setup.

We bought the product from E-bebek for about $220, and despite trying multiple times during this period, we have not been able to connect the camera to the network or start using it. Since the product is new and we have not been able to use its basic function—remote monitoring—we are experiencing a significant inconvenience.

First, I request detailed technical support from Motorola and/or Hubble to ensure the camera is properly installed and becomes fully functional. If this issue cannot be resolved through remote support or guidance, I request a replacement for this unused product.
