Motorola VM64 Baby Monitor Not Showing Devices in App on iPhone

I use the Motorola VM64 baby monitor with my iPhone, but for about a month now I have not been able to view the camera from my phone because no devices appear in the device list. Since the app does not display any devices, I cannot use the baby monitor as intended and cannot access remote video.
When I contacted authorized service during this time, they said the app was under maintenance and that the issue would be resolved. However, nothing has changed for a month, and I am still experiencing the same problem.
I am in a difficult situation because I cannot use this device, which is critical for my baby’s safety. I want this issue in the app to be fixed urgently so that I can use the camera on my iPhone without any problems.
