Motorola VM65 Baby Monitor Not Connecting to App After Months of Use

I have been using the Motorola VM65 baby monitor for 8 months. I was able to connect to the app without any issues before, but for the past month I have not been able to connect. If you can help, I would like to know how to fix this problem. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and I even completely deleted my account and created a new one, but the issue still persists. I’m not sure if I should take it back to the place where I purchased it. I am experiencing the same problem again.
