Motorola VM64 Connect App Charging for Free Features on Android

I use the Motorola VM64 Connect baby monitor on my Android device. Even though the app clearly states that I have free viewing access, for the past two days it has been asking me to pay when I try to watch videos. I cannot access the free viewing section, and the app only directs me to paid options.
I contacted Motorola customer service about this issue by both message and email, but I have not received any response. When I purchased the product and within the app, it was clearly stated that I had free viewing rights. My user ID is: 232542.
I request that my free access be restored and that the app be fixed accordingly.
