Motorola VM64 Connect Won’t Pair with Phone or Respond to Controls

On December 27, 2025, I purchased a Motorola VM64 Connect camera from the ebebek store in Kahramanmaraş. I have not been able to pair the device with my smartphone, and the buttons on the parent unit are also not working. As a result, I have been unable to use the product since the day I purchased it.

I want the Motorola VM64 Connect camera to connect to my phone without any issues and for all the buttons on the parent unit to function properly. I request that the necessary technical support be provided as soon as possible to make the product fully operational.
