Mothercare Baby Car Seat Cushion Deformed – Unable to Contact Support

I purchased a Mothercare baby car seat, but I later noticed that the inner foam of the cover was deformed. When I finally had a chance to visit the store, I discovered it had relocated, and I couldn’t find any contact details for customer support or the service center. With no way to report this issue, I’m left with a car seat that I cannot use, and the foam has deteriorated even further over time, practically falling apart.

I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of support and the poor quality of this product. I expected a higher standard from Mothercare. I urgently request assistance in resolving this matter, as I need a replacement or repair for this unusable car seat.
