I purchased a breast pump from E-Bebek, but it never worked properly from the start. When I returned it to the store, they sent it for warranty service, but when it came back, they claimed there was no issue. However, when I tested it again, it still doesn’t function at all—it doesn’t pump properly, and the vacuum seal keeps coming off every time it runs.
To make things worse, when I went to the store to discuss the issue, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. Now, I’m stuck with a faulty product, and E-Bebek refuses to replace or assist me. I demand a solution or a refund immediately! Beware before buying from them!
