Ebebek Baby Swing Broke Easily—Denied Warranty & Overpriced Repair Fees

I purchased an automatic baby swing from Ebebek, but over time, its plastic support parts broke due to their poor durability. I sent it in for warranty service, only to be told that the damage is not covered under warranty.

Instead, they are asking me to pay ₺1,000 per replacement part, totaling ₺2,000—which is absurd, considering I originally bought the swing for ₺3,000. On top of that, my product has not been returned yet, and I still have no update on when I’ll get it back.

Ebebek, return my product immediately! Ignoring customers and overcharging for repairs is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a legal complaint. Parents should stand against such unfair treatment!
