ebebek Sold Me a Canyon Travel System Stroller With a Defective Wheel

On 15.06.2025, I purchased the Canyon Travel System Baby Stroller V2 from the e-bebek online store for ₺7999.20 for my soon-to-be-born child, and the product arrived with its warranty certificate. On 06.08.2025, when I opened the package and began assembling the stroller by checking the documents, I noticed that the inner part of the left wheel was defective and broken. Without ever using the product, even with its protective covers still intact, I encountered this issue. I reported the situation to e-bebek customer service, and they told me to visit the nearest branch. On 16.08.2025, I went to the Samsun Lovolet e-bebek store and explained the issue, where the staff took photos and opened a case. The next day, I was called again and asked to bring the entire product to the store. On 17.08.2025, I brought the stroller back, and another record was opened. Despite being told that my grievance would be resolved, I received no updates. On 20.08.2025, I contacted customer service again and was told the inspection was ongoing. However, Mr. M****** at the Samsun Lovolet store stated that although the product had never been used, the wheel defect was considered user error and demanded ₺3000 for two wheels. If I did not accept, I was asked to collect the stroller from the store. Meanwhile, customer service continues to say the inspection is ongoing without providing a definite solution. I do not accept being charged for a defective product that arrived unused and is under warranty by labeling it as user error. I demand a replacement for my product and resolution of my grievance. With my due date approaching, I am highly dissatisfied with the negligence and hardship I have experienced throughout this process.
