Moreta Pay Has Not Refunded My Cancelled Lazada Orders

I have three separate refund issues related to cancelled online payments processed by Moreta Pay for purchases on Lazada Vietnam, and despite the cancellations I have still not received my money back. For the first order, number 528366528912619, I paid 1,200,000 ₫ on 06 May 2026 at 13:00:22. This order was later cancelled on 13 May 2026 at 06:04:19, but the amount has never been refunded to my account. For the second order, number 528355399812619, I placed the order on 06 May 2026 at 17:46:02 and paid by VietQR on 06 May 2026 at 17:47:05. This order was cancelled on 07 May 2026 at 12:40:43, yet the payment of 224,000 ₫ has still not been returned. For the third order, number 528392112812619, I placed the order on 06 May 2026 at 21:25:31 and paid by VietQR on 06 May 2026 at 21:26:34. The order was cancelled on 10 May 2026 at 21:26:36, but the payment of 2,310,000 ₫ has not been refunded either. I have contacted Lazada and Moreta Pay about these missing refunds and only received generic replies without any clear solution or specific explanation. I am asking for the immediate refund of all these cancelled payments, in total 3,734,000 ₫, to my original payment accounts, and for a clear written confirmation once the refunds have been processed.
