Quxin Unauthorized Subscription Charges Not Refunded
I am writing regarding two unauthorized charges made by Quxin. On 06/06/2026 at 22:15 and again on 06/07/2026 at 22:15, a total amount of 100 THB was deducted from my account even though I did not complete or confirm any transaction with Quxin. After noticing these deductions, I contacted my financial service provider, and they informed me that I needed to get in touch with Quxin directly to request a refund. I have already cancelled the Quxin-related option or subscription in my application to prevent any further charges. I request that Quxin investigate these two unauthorized charges as soon as possible and refund the total amount of 100 THB that was taken without my confirmation. I also ask for written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the issue has been fully resolved.
