I Face BDG Game Deposit Not Credited After Google Pay Payment

I am writing regarding an issue with two deposits I made to my BDG Game mobile account that have not been credited to my BDG wallet, even though the amounts were successfully debited from my Google Pay account.

On April 20, 2026, and April 21, 2026, I made deposits totaling ₹90,000 using Google Pay. The transaction reference numbers for these payments are 647714855646 and 647624220445. Despite these transactions being completed from my side, the corresponding amounts have not been reflected in my BDG wallet balance.

I contacted BDG Game customer support, but they informed me that the deposits were not received on their end. I then reached out to Google Pay and my bank, both of which confirmed that the funds have already been successfully transferred to the recipient. This has left me stuck between both parties without any resolution.

I request that BDG Game urgently investigate these transaction IDs, locate the payments that have already been confirmed as delivered, and either credit the total amount of ₹90,000 to my BDG wallet or refund the full amount to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong in this process to prevent similar issues in the future.
