Quxin Unauthorized 120 THB Charge – Refund Request
On 22/07/2026 at 22:25, an amount of 120 THB was charged from my TrueMoney account for an order under the name “Quxin”, with the order number 202607221900000000000008200. I have never purchased any product or service from this company and I do not know what product or service this order is related to. I only saw that 120 THB was deducted from my account without my permission, and this makes me very worried about the security of my account. In the TrueMoney application there is no option to cancel this transaction, so I am turning to you for help. I request a full refund of the 120 THB and cancellation of the order linked to this order number. I also kindly ask Quxin to investigate how this unauthorized transaction could be carried out and to ensure that no further unauthorized charges are made to my account.
