Unjustified Repair Cost by Monster Notebook

A horizontal line appeared on the Monster monitor I purchased on 27.12.2022. I sent the device to the service center, and they demanded a repair fee of ₺6,999 for a product that currently costs ₺8,500, labeling it as a repair. Charging a repair fee equal to 90% of the product's value is clearly a way to push the customer toward buying a new one. The warranty had just expired, and considering the frequent malfunctions and thousands of complaints about the brand, I have no confidence in the quality of the repairs. I am requesting the product to be repaired free of charge. Additionally, I have already initiated legal action regarding this matter.
