Money Pay Limitation Issue
Unfortunately, I am unable to use the Money Pay limit feature. Why are you continuing to collect payments if we are unable to make use of the money you've collected? In addition to all of that, you are making the situation a great deal worse. People factor this into their monthly budgets, but all you've said is that there's maintenance work going on. This isn't enough information for them to make an informed decision. How much longer is it going to continue like this? It's been three weeks already, and it's getting increasingly frustrating. I demand that an explanation be provided right away, in addition to the restriction on the limit being removed. I am appreciative of your assistance in this matter.
