I Can't Use My Money Pay Ready Limit

We have diligently paid off our debts on time, allowing us to keep our available credit limit on Moneypay Collendi for nearly four months. Unfortunately, we will be unable to use the credit. Their customer service representatives are clueless and claim that updates are being worked on, but the last update was four months ago. They will not succeed in their deception, and they should not keep the public in the dark. Either provide simple information or put an end to this charade so that everyone can move on. Thousands of Moneypay users, including myself, have been left in the dark for the past four months. I demand that a clarification and solution be provided as soon as possible.
