Monat's Intense Repair Shampoo and Conditioner Caused Severe Hair Loss and Damage

For several months, I experimented with Monat's Intense Repair Shampoo and Conditioner in search of promised thicker, stronger hair. Sadly, my hair started to come out in clumps rather than improving. At first, I assumed the hair loss would be transitory from a period of product adjustment; unfortunately, it got worse with time. My previously thick, healthy hair has become quite thin, and even months after stopping the products, there is no indication of recovery. Before, I never had such a bad response to any hair care product. Although Monat claims to use "natural" ingredients, based on what I know, whatever is in their goods did more damage than benefit. I find myself wondering now whether my hair damage is permanent.
