L'Occitane Reset Serum Caused Severe Breakouts Instead of Improving My Skin

I purchased the L'Occitane Reset Serum with high hopes, but it has caused massive, inflamed acne on my skin. Since the formula was renewed, it seems to have had the opposite effect of what was promised. Instead of cell renewal and improvement, all I’ve experienced are painful breakouts that have deeply upset me.

I invested a significant amount in this product, expecting to enhance my skin’s appearance, yet the result has been nothing but disappointment. I’m left feeling lost about what to do next, as the serum has not only failed but worsened my skin condition.
