I purchased the Mochi manual breast pump, but it has been extremely disappointing. The pump doesn’t stay in place on my breast and falls off every two seconds, making it completely unusable. I haven’t been able to use it even once, and it certainly doesn’t live up to the praise it receives.
I bought this product to save time, but it has only caused frustration. It’s far from being worth the ₺500 I paid. I am requesting a full refund as soon as possible, as the product fails to deliver on its promises. Please respond promptly to resolve this issue. I cannot recommend this product to anyone based on my experience.
