Mochi Hands-Free Breast Pump Fails to Work After 3 Months—Requesting Refund

I purchased the Mochi hands-free breast pump three months ago, but it has stopped functioning properly. Initially, I thought my milk supply had decreased, but when I used another pump I own, I was able to express a full supply. With the Mochi pump, I can barely extract 50 cc, even though my milk supply is more than sufficient.
This is extremely disappointing, especially since I trusted and admired the Mochi brand. For a product meant to support breastfeeding mothers, this level of performance is unacceptable.
I am requesting a full refund for this faulty product. Mochi, please address this issue immediately and ensure no other mothers face the same problem. I expect a prompt resolution.
