I Face Moboreels Unauthorized Charges Through Google Play Billing

On January 18, 2026, I downloaded the Moboreels app for the first time through my Google Play account. While I was just browsing and trying to exit the app, I was redirected to a paid screen. As I attempted to leave that page, the screen froze, and I had to force close the application. Shortly after, I checked my account and realized that, since the “bill to mobile carrier” option was enabled on my phone, multiple charges had been processed without my knowledge or consent.
On the same day, I was charged $10 twice and $36 once through the Moboreels app, including the most expensive package—all without my awareness. I never actually used the app, and within less than 48 hours, I noticed the issue and immediately submitted a refund request. Being charged for a product I never used made me feel completely misled.
I first contacted the app’s support team, and they directed me to Google. However, when I reached out to Google support, my refund request was denied on the grounds that it did not meet their policies. Denying a refund for transactions I neither used nor knowingly approved has only worsened my situation.
I demand that all these unauthorized transactions be canceled and that the full amount charged to my account be refunded without any deductions.
