"our apologies, the shop does not support recharge from your country or region." error. i've been trying to purchase diamonds into my account for about 1 or 1 and a half months. all i did was buying a new phone and then this error occured. at first i thought recharging from my old phone would solve this problem but when i tried the same error popped up. i also created a new account to see if the problem is about my main account and i saw that this error only occurs when i try to recharge diamonds into my main account (which has existed for years) but there was no problem with the new account i just opened. so many events have come and gone and i missed the opportunity to buy a lot of beautiful costumes and skins, and I am not at all happy about it. i noticed a few other people had this issue as well but couldn't fix it, and I hope it gets fixed as soon as possible.
