I am experiencing a serious issue with my Badoo accounts on my Redmi A5 Android phone, and I would like this matter to be properly investigated and resolved. I use Badoo through the Play Store app and sometimes through a web browser. My previous Badoo account on this device was blocked last year with the allegation that I was “buying sex.” After that experience, I made a conscious effort to strictly follow all of Badoo’s rules when creating new accounts.
Yesterday, I created new profiles using the email addresses loveamaka***@gmail.com and babyamk***@gmail.com, with my location set to Abuja. At first, everything seemed normal. I signed in, uploaded photos, started receiving matches, likes, and messages, and was actively chatting with other users. However, after a few hours, each new account suddenly became inactive. I stopped receiving new matches and likes, and the people I had already been chatting with stopped responding. The account appeared to become invisible.
To confirm this, someone I had briefly shared my WhatsApp number with told me he could no longer find my profile on Badoo, which made it clear that my account had been blocked again. The same issue occurred with more than one new account that I created to determine whether this was a one-time error.
I contacted the in-app AI chat support and was advised to clear my phone cache, upload photos, and follow other basic troubleshooting steps. I followed all the instructions, but nothing changed. I have only been using free features and have not made any payments, as I am hesitant to spend money on boosting an account that repeatedly goes inactive or gets blocked without explanation.
I respectfully request that Badoo thoroughly review and reactivate my recent accounts linked to loveamaka***@gmail.com and babyamk***@gmail.com, or at the very least provide a clear explanation as to why they were blocked despite my efforts to follow the rules. I want my accounts to function normally, remain visible to other users, and allow me to use Badoo without the constant fear of being blocked again for reasons I do not understand.
