On September 17, 2025, around 11:00, after the start of Season 38 in Mobile Legends Bang Bang, my account played on a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro (username: masterasena) was unfairly dropped from Epic 3 to Epic 5. My spouse and other players also experienced similar rank reductions without reason. Since then, despite playing many matches, we keep losing as the matchmaking constantly pairs us with much stronger opponents, which has made the game frustrating. I have never experienced such an issue before and have not yet contacted the game’s support team. I play from Çanakkale, Turkey, and I request that my account and rank be restored to the previous level and that the season standings be corrected. I urgently ask for this problem to be addressed.
