For the past two months, I have been experiencing serious matchmaking issues while playing Mobile Legends on my Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus Android phone. In almost every match, my team gets filled with obvious bot players whose match history and favorite heroes do not match up logically. For example, I have seen a bot player with over 300 matches in a season but only about 50 matches in their favorite heroes list. These bots consistently play poorly, intentionally feed, and ruin the game.
Despite my best efforts to perform well, I am the one repeatedly punished with chat bans, matchmaking restrictions, and other penalties, while the bots and poor-performing players face no consequences at all. The most recent incident happened on August 10, 2025, after which I contacted customer support. I only received an automated email instructing me to use the in-game support system, but no real response ever came.
Because of this, I feel my efforts in the game are completely wasted, and I am unfairly penalized. I demand that the Mobile Legends team make the matchmaking system fairer, block bot accounts, and take effective measures to ensure such issues do not happen again.
