I play Mobile Legends: Bang Bang on my iPhone device. On November 2, 2025, during a match, I received a 3-day and 30-match chat restriction penalty for “inappropriate chat.” However, I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior, and I believe I was wrongfully reported by other players.
There are many players in the game who use offensive language, insults, or derogatory remarks toward women, yet they are never penalized. Meanwhile, I received a punishment just for using the word “mal” (meaning “foolish” in Turkish), which I find completely unfair and unacceptable.
As a result of this penalty, I am now unable to communicate with my teammates during matches, which has seriously affected my gameplay experience. I contacted the in-game support team about this issue but only received an automated response, and the problem remains unresolved.
This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and I am requesting that this unjust chat restriction be lifted immediately.
