I Face Mobile Legends Reporting System Ineffective Against Troll Players

On October 5 at around 7:50 a.m., while playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang on my Android device in ranked mode, a player named (Joker) joined our team and intentionally fed, violated lanes, and stole buffs. I reported the player in-game, but based on past experiences, I know such reports rarely have any real effect. I’ve encountered similar toxic behavior many times before, and at this point, I’ve completely run out of patience.

I don’t want this player to simply receive a minor penalty like a credit score deduction — I request a stronger punishment, such as at least a one-week suspension, to serve as a deterrent. Because of this player’s intentional griefing, I lost a ranked star and my overall gameplay experience was seriously ruined.
