Mizuno Ignores Warranty Inspection Request After Customer Sends Defective Shoes

I have been using my Mizuno Wave Rider 10 shoes daily for about six months. Despite only using them for normal city walking, the toe areas began peeling apart within two to three months, and the shoes quickly lost their shape.

Because of this issue, I sent the shoes back for inspection to Mizuno through Intersport, where I originally purchased them. Delivery tracking (tracking number 6067272657541) confirms the item was delivered, yet Mizuno has provided no update despite a long wait. They have shared neither inspection results nor any status updates regarding the product.

I want a resolution for the frustration caused by both the early product failure and the complete lack of communication. I request that the shoes be recognized as defective, replaced with a new pair of equal specifications, and that clear information regarding the inspection process be provided.
