Defective Mizuno Volleyball Shoes Warp and Cause Foot Pain After Light Use
We bought Mizuno volleyball shoes from the Armada store about 9 to 10 months ago, but they were used for only about two to three months in total, worn just once a week for matches. Despite this light use, a structural issue developed in the sole, creating noticeable deformation that rubs against the front of my foot and completely ruins any comfort.
I sent the shoes in for inspection because of these problems, but I believe Mizuno rejected the claim after a superficial glance without performing a proper check. Significant structural deformation after such short, limited use is not normal, and I suspect a manufacturing defect.
I request that Mizuno re-evaluate this case objectively and thoroughly, replacing my shoes with a new pair or another shoe of equal value. If Mizuno fails to address my request, I will persistently share my experience across every available platform.
