Hello, I purchased a 15000 BTU air conditioner from Arçelik, and I regret it. If a video is uploaded below, I will post the video and photos. I bought the product in December 2022. It was replaced twice because the motherboard was crackling. They provided me with an 18,000 BTU air conditioner for customer satisfaction. Additionally, it's worth noting that these air conditioners have an interesting feature of not maintaining consistent heating. It was frequently defrosting, and when I called the service, they claimed it was normal. However, it continued to occur from time to time. Now, the fan bearing is broken. This 9-month-old air conditioner was used extensively during the summer, causing damage to its function and the fan bearing. I will include a photo of the air diverter, which shows some parts completely closed and others half-closed. In my personal opinion, you will regret buying it. I will also share this feedback globally in English and submit it to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Please review the video and photos I will upload to understand my concerns.
