My Missha Order Arrived Damaged

I received my order #4595039 from Missha and unfortunately, the 'Piu Juicy-Pang Water Blusher (PK02)' product was open and had spilled all over. Do they not inspect these products prior to shipping? Why was I given a product that had already been opened, as if it were a tester? I'm confused by this. I've never had a problem with my purchases from Missha before, but this time it's different.

Customer relations actually called and scolded me for writing here. They can't offer any solutions. Apparently, I have to go to the post office for a return. If I had the time, I would shop at the store.
