Gratis Sent My Mascara Opened Without Seal and Left Delivery Unattended


I recently had an unpleasant experience with my online purchase from Gratis. The mascara I ordered arrived with no plastic wrap, barcode, or seal—it looked as if it had been opened before. When I try to check the brushes in-store, every mascara is always sealed, so I’m confused as to why I received mine in this condition. I had intended to stock up, and it’s disappointing to receive something that doesn’t feel new or safe to use. To add to this, the courier simply dropped the package at my door and left. I received a message saying it had been handed to me personally, which felt almost laughable. I hope Gratis will take steps to make up for this experience.
