Estee Lauder Sent Me Unsealed Skincare Products—No Protective Seals

I recently purchased skincare products from Estee Lauder, but when they arrived, none of them had protective seals, safety caps, or any sign of proper packaging. The three items were in a single box, but even that lacked any protective wrapping. How am I supposed to know if these products were previously opened or even used? They could have been sitting unsealed for months or returned by someone else! On top of that, their so-called “free gifts” feel like a bait-and-switch to push more sales. This was my first time ordering, and I’m extremely disappointed. No one should have to accept potentially tampered products. I’m requesting a return immediately and will not be shopping with Estee Lauder again!
