Trendyol Rejected Rozen Lingerie Retyrb, They Disregarded My Customer Rights
the other day, I bought a lingerie item from Rozen Lingerie through Trendyol, but unfortunately, the size didn't quite work out for me. I quickly initiated a return request, following all the necessary guidelines. Unfortunately, much to my disappointment, the return was denied for a rather ridiculous reason: "hygiene conditions." completely perplexed by this choice. The lingerie item was never used or even tested. It stayed perfectly sealed in its original packaging, guaranteeing excellent hygiene. However, Trendyol and Rozen Lingerie decided to ignore this fact and reject my return request. When I reached out to Trendyol's customer service, their response was just as underwhelming. They just said they couldn't help me because of "violated return conditions." This lackluster and unsatisfactory explanation left me feeling irritated and unable to take action.
