Missha Tint Dare Lipstick Delivered Without Hygienic Seal — Return Refused

I received the Missha Tint Dare series lipstick I ordered from Trendyol (#10547986646) without a protective seal on the packaging. For cosmetic products, I believe a safety seal is necessary for hygiene and security reasons. There was no other issue with the packaging itself, but receiving it without a protective seal made me uncomfortable. When I contacted Trendyol customer service, my return request was denied.

For this reason, I request that my return be accepted and that my concern be resolved.
