Clinique Mascara From Trendyol Arrived Without Safety Seal — Requesting Replacement

I purchased a Clinique mascara from Trendyol’s own seller on December 1, 2025. When the product arrived, I noticed that the mascara had no protective seal, which made me unsure whether it had been opened or used by someone else before reaching me. I have never encountered such a hygiene issue with any brand—especially not with a high-priced product—so this was extremely disappointing.
When I reported the issue through Trendyol, I received a generic, corporate-style message that was clearly sent to everyone. When I contacted customer service, I was given a similar explanation claiming that the packaging and hygiene of the product were already “as is.” However, I strongly believe that an eye makeup product without a safety seal poses a hygiene risk, and their response was far from satisfactory.
For my order 10735075272, I request that the Clinique mascara be replaced and that I receive a sincere and clear apology regarding this issue. I also ask that Trendyol take this negative experience seriously and ensure proper hygiene and packaging standards so that similar problems do not occur again.
