Trendyol Won't Process My Return for a Faulty Bodysuit
I recently purchased a spaghetti strap bodysuit from Trendyol, but the color was completely off—a dull, broken sky blue. Without even opening the package, I returned it, but they rejected my return, claiming the product had been opened. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They then instructed me to wait for the item to be returned to me, take a photo of the defect, and submit a claim for a faulty product.
When the item came back, it was clear that someone had opened the package and worn it down. I took photos and reached out to Trendyol's assistant. They told me I couldn't return it because it's a hygienic product. This isn't underwear; it hasn't been worn. The fabric color is completely wrong—a broken grayish-blue—and that's why I want to return it.
Every time I connect with a customer service representative, they ask the same copy-pasted questions about whether the package was opened. I keep explaining that I returned it unopened, but they opened it and rejected my return. Now the item has come back to me again. I took large, clear photos and sent them, but I still can't get a review code.
I'm extremely disappointed. I've shopped on this site for years, but this experience has been infuriating.
