We Bare Bears Miniso Bottle Becomes Unusable After First Disinfection

I purchased the We Bare Bears Licensed Water Bottle with Carrying Strap (400 ml) - Panda model from the Miniso Adana M1 Real store approximately two months ago. When I first got the product, I put hot water inside to disinfect it, but after this process, the water bottle shrank and became deformed.
I completed the purchase transaction with Slip No: 00155229340262161224840064. Since I currently live in a different city, I haven't been able to contact the store or customer service.
Because the product became unusable in such a short time and after such a simple process, I request that the product cost be refunded to me.
